Copyright Policy

Information about intellectual property rights, DMCA takedown procedures, and the open-source components we use.

1. DropAVibe intellectual property

The following are owned exclusively by DropAVibe and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws:

The DropAVibe name and brand identity
The DropAVibe logo and visual design
The application source code (excluding open-source dependencies)
The database schema and architecture
All original written content, UI copy, and documentation

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any DropAVibe intellectual property without our prior written permission.

2. Your content and copyright

You retain full copyright ownership of any content you post on DropAVibe, including mood notes, profile text, and any other material you submit.

By posting content, you grant DropAVibe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted or your account is closed.

      Vibe pin content is automatically and permanently deleted after 2 hours. The license you grant us terminates at the point of deletion.
    

3. DMCA takedown procedure

DropAVibe respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on DropAVibe infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing all of the following:

Required elements of a DMCA notice

Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email)
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
A description of where the infringing content is located on DropAVibe (URL or username)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Your physical or electronic signature

We will process valid notices promptly and remove infringing content within 5 business days. We will notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@dropavibe.com with your name, contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

5. Trademarks
