By using DropAVibe, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they govern your use of our platform.

These terms apply to all users, including anonymous ghost accounts, registered users, and DropAVibe Pro subscribers.
When you first use DropAVibe, an anonymous ghost account is created automatically. You are responsible for any activity on this account while the ghost token is stored in your browser.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dropavibe.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
You agree NOT to use DropAVibe to:
You retain ownership of any content you post ("Your Content"), including mood notes and profile information.
By posting content on DropAVibe, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that Your Content does not violate any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or defamation rights.
DropAVibe Pro is billed at $3.00 USD per month. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied. For renewal charges, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@dropavibe.com for refund requests.
We may change Pro pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The DropAVibe name, logo, design, software, and all content created by us are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The DropAVibe app uses the following open-source components, each under their respective licenses: Leaflet.js (BSD 2-Clause), CartoDB map tiles (CC BY 3.0), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (ODbL).
DropAVibe is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of mood data, user-generated content, or location information displayed on the map.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropAVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@dropavibe.com.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of DropAVibe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
